Job description
We are looking for a Relations Manager Intern to support and manage client relationships on the platform. This role involves assisting users with KYC processes, handling support requests, and ensuring clients are successfully using Imali.
You will be assigned a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for maintaining strong communication and resolving issues efficiently.
